WEATHERFORD, Okla. – The Southwestern Oklahoma State University Athletic Department is seeking motivated, hard-working students to join the team as interns for the 2016-17 school year. Internship positions are available in three different areas, with the selected candidates expected to work both together and independently to fill a variety of roles within the department.
Chosen candidates will be selected for three different positions, including: Athletic Marketing & External Affairs, Gameday Operations & Promotions and Athletic Communications. The internship may be taken for class credit, but it is unpaid, beginning in the fall semester and concluding at the end of the spring semester. Students are likely to work 10 hours per week in addition to games and events, which will include nights and weekends.
